The general feeling was of designers playing it "safe" and trying to cater for general public ultimately coming up with something utterly boring. In overall it failed to trigger any interest from the audience, but we loved a burlesque dancer who rolled like a sausage on the floor in between the catwalks. Ace!

The Collection at Chinawhite
Last week, the dancefloor of Chinawhite club in central London accommodated new designers to showcase their evening wear, sports clothes and little black dresses. Although the event was held in a bid to pitch for new buyers and to increase publicity, most of the garments were rather mediocre and impressions didn't match with their price tags.

Aquascutum, please don't go, please don't go...
A luxury clothing retailer of a British herritage - Aquascutum- has announced it has gone into administration. The 160-year old brand became first well known for its trenchcoats worn during the WWI and the waterproof wool that they were made of. Aquascutum dressed the Queen Mother and Winston Churchill.
