Film affect

I decided to dedicate my ramble to films as I spend my days at work monitoring others beautiful creations in this fabulous industry. And even though it is half a year before summer, and probably even more for this reason-I fell in love with a dress when I saw Blanca Suárez on set of "Los amantes pasajeros" directed by Pedro Almodóvar.

I had a dress crush instantaneously. I loved the beautiful flowery pattern of her simple, cotton dress. It is very much 50s and is incredibly sensual. And I liked Suárez's feminine look on the portrait picture and that her hair are very ltame and she's wearing vans!

Note the strap-cross on the back. I do think that it overloads the dress and is unnecessary providing the flowers do the "statement", on the other hand, this way  it allows the straps to sit better on the shoulders and prevents them from sliding down.
